hi im just wondering if i eat a small bowl of branflakes with skimmed milk, a tuna sandwich on brown bread for dinner and a small portion tea time meal will i lose weight?

Eating less is not necessarily the correct approach - it's what you eat that will make the difference. Eating whole foods, plenty of water, steer clear of sodas/diet sodas, keep the heavy carbs to a minimum (its the complex carbs you need). If you don't have enough calories your body goes into survival mode and will hang onto any excess weight and is hard to move.
Basic rule - if it comes out of a box/packet don't eat it. Foods must be fresh! Good luck

Well the if you want to lose weight I think you should eat 5-6 times a day (smaller meals each time) so you won't feel hungry. And don't eat after 6 pm. :)

3 meal's aday??? really u need to eat more!! and also yes of course you will but u have to burn off what u eat lol :)
