Eating less is not necessarily the correct approach - it's what you eat that will make the difference. Eating whole foods, plenty of water, steer clear of sodas/diet sodas, keep the heavy carbs to a minimum (its the complex carbs you need). If you don't have enough calories your body goes into survival mode and will hang onto any excess weight and is hard to move.What you are talking about is gain, not loss aren't you?
