I can get my eye make up with cheap target brand make-up remover but my foundation just never seems to come off all the way! I use Cetaphil's face wash for oily skin followed by Cliniques Clarifying lotion (alcohol based lotion) and I can still see makeup coming off on my cosmetic pad.

What product can I use or buy that would be the best for my oily skin to remove ALL of my makeup off?

I use nuetrogena eye makeup remover. Its supposed to be for your eyes, but it gets off my concealer REALLY well. I use a waterproof makeup so it takes a lot to take it off but this works the best. Plus, i have oily AND dry skin so it works really well.
Just make sure to wash your face afterwards just incase :D

I have oily skin. I use Cliniques Wash Away Gel (it is blue) then I wash my face with oily cleanser, followed by clarifying lotion then moisturizer. You SHOULD be using the Cliniques wash away cleanser NOT cetaphil for make up removal! Good luck girl!

natural face wash is always better... i just use plain old water (well not old, new water.. lol)

i use ponds cold cream..it takes everything off..i LOVE it!
