So i'm 19 and I'm in roughly good shape. I weigh about 170 and am 5"8. I wanna slim down but still have muscle and definition (i'm not sure if this is what lean muscle is? so any advice on that would be good) I wanna tighten up my legs but not get tree trunk legs. I also want to have more definition in my abs but at the same time want to effectively slim down. I'm not trying to get ripped like a Spartan and be beefed. I just wanna tight defined stomach, legs, arm and back. slim yet defined. what should my workout plan look like? lots of reps with low weight? low reps with high weight? lots of cardio? not to much cardio? any advice, tips, and personal workout plans would be helpful.
Oh and does that whey protein stuff work, or does it just make you into a jacked beefcake?
