Do you shampoo your hair everyday?

I agree with that. I preferred to use conditioner instead of shampoo if ever I wash my hair everyday. But yes, I experience not using conditioner, just shampoo and my hair is so dry and frizzy.
No and its not good to do so. It will damage your hair and it may get greasy more quickly
i mean shampooing your hair everyday is not good.

Do you shampoo your hair everyday?

Hi Bebs08, Sure I do! I shower everyday and my shower definitely includes a shampoo. How else can I feel clean? To avoid spoiling my hair, I usually switch among a few types of shampoo. I heard this is better for our hair though I don't have anything to back this rationale with. Cheers!

I have to shampoo my hair everyday or I don't feel clean. As it is part of my shower everyday, it is just part of the routine, but it also would show from the strange way that my hair would look from getting out of the bed!! I have short hair and it usually is sticking up in strange ways when I get out of bed in the morning and just water does NOT make it lie down. I condition most days, but not every day. My hair is baby fine and the conditioner is not always a good thing for it.

oh really? that sounds really strange if conditioner won't help your hair stay in place.. hahaha... well anyway, if your hair is not frizzy when you shampoo it everyday, that is fine anyway you have a short hair.

Many people take a bath everyday because we feel fresh when we do that. But there are some who do not use shampoo on their hair everyday. Some said, it will damage the hair, some also don't do it to economize. me, personally I am not using shampoo everyday on my hair. I preferred to use conditioner daily than shampoo. My hair is softer with the conditioner. What about you? do you shampoo your hair daily? or you preferred to use conditioner? Want to hear your experience and which is best.

Hi bebs! Sometimes, I do shampoo my hair everyday. that it if I am exposed in dirt and dust the whole day. my head would really be itchy that's why I have to shampoo it. But if I didn't go out, or I just rode an air conditioned car, I won't shampoo my hair the next day. I also use conditioner, i use it every other day also. take care
