Hi bebs! Sometimes, I do shampoo my hair everyday. that it if I am exposed in dirt and dust the whole day. my head would really be itchy that's why I have to shampoo it. But if I didn't go out, or I just rode an air conditioned car, I won't shampoo my hair the next day. I also use conditioner, i use it every other day also. take care

That's me too, I use shampoo every other day or there are times that I only use shampoo once a week and the rest is conditioner.

Yes, I do because it feels like my hair is so clean and so refreshing when I use shampoo everytime I bathe, maybe because of the bubbles the shampoo produces. I seldom use hair conditioners because for me it's just a waste of money. My mother told me that I should not use shampoo regularly, but only 3X a week and it should be mixed with water so it produces bubbles, but with less concentration..maybe I'm just a stubborn child.. hehehe

Well, we can save also if we spare using shampoo and conditioner every day.

Hi there Bebs08, I use normaly every 3 days, but its been hot lately at the roof, i always want to wash it all including my hair. too many sweat is too stick, yuck! i have to see my hair greasy with my own sweat

well, here in America, there is no dust or dirt and you are not sweating specially when you are just inside the house so, it is fine not to shampoo your hair everyday.

I shampoo my hair at least once or twice a week, but I use conditioner everyday. My hair is curly and they say it's better if you don't use shampoo everyday if you have curly hair.

I use shampoo on my hair once a week but conditioner? always. It makes my hair dry if I always use shampoo everyday.
