Do you shampoo your hair everyday?

Postby barthram2 » Sat Jul 10, 2010 2:30 pm

Many people take a bath everyday because we feel fresh when we do that. But there are some who do not use shampoo on their hair everyday. Some said, it will damage the hair, some also don't do it to economize. me, personally I am not using shampoo everyday on my hair. I preferred to use conditioner daily than shampoo. My hair is softer with the conditioner. What about you? do you shampoo your hair daily? or you preferred to use conditioner? Want to hear your experience and which is best.

i don't shampoo my hair everyday. i wash it every other day. ive heard and my hairdresser also told me that the oils that your hair produces are good for your scalp and hair so its not good to shampoo everyday, it can dry out your hair.

Oh really? it's good to know that. What I only know is it will damage the hair but I don't know about the detail of it like the natural oil that is good for the scalp will be hampered be using shampoo everyday. Good info..

Sometimes I do.I know that's not supposed to be the case because shampoo strips off the good oil or something. What I don't use much is conditioner. I feel like I use so much water. LOL!

i have to wash it everyday or shall i say everytime i take my shower! my hair is short and a little bit curly towards the end. so it could be oily sometimes cause it's actually very very dry. washing it everyday gives me the fresh feeling and gives me more confident in whatever i do later.

They did an experiement one time on television, they found that its not necessary unless you have had a very long hard sweaty day, if your a casual person they say about for sure every 3-4 days,

I wash my hair every time I take a shower. My scalp is very oily and since my hair is baby fine and thin if it gets oily it looks really bad! The only conditioner I use is a deep conditioner about twice a month. I can't use a daily conditioner, even if it's made for fine hair. It just makes it look oily and dirty within a few hours. It's best for me if I just wash it and let it dry on it's own.
