Does anyone have a recipe for homemade hair conditioner?

The reason I would like to know is I'm trying to use more natural products and the store bought high end ones are fairly expensive. I did, however, find common ingredients, the first ones being oil of some sort (avocado oil, jojoba oil, olive oil or coconut oil extracts etc) and also glycerin. Water is also used. I have those ingredients. What I would like to know is, how do you mix them all, do you have to heat them or something and does anyone know what quantities? Obviously there could be other ingredients like essential oils or natural preservatives or whatever. I know this is an unusual question so I don't know if anyone has the answer but I thought I'd tell you what I'm looking for and see if anyone else makes their own conditioner.

PS. I mean regular conditioner to use after shampoo, not the conditioner you do every two weeks or so.

well im sure you could just google "homemade hair conditioner" and all of that information would come up. but i know that my science teacher told us that mayonnaise works really well as a natural hair conditioner. i have never tried this, but i believe what my science teacher says. and i know it sounds a little weird but its worth a shot. good luck!
