I want to know because my teeth are light way stained and i want to know if hydrogen peroxide whitens teeth.

i don't know if hydrogen peroxide will whiten teeth and it can be bad for you i found this on wikipedia. ("Internal ailments. Large oral doses of hydrogen peroxide at a 3% concentration may cause "irritation and blistering to the mouth, (which is known as Black hairy tongue) throat, and abdomen", as well as "abdominal pain, vomiting, and diarrhea".")

ive heard of it. but i also heard baking soda works allot better when you mix it with tooth paste and also with mouth wash.

you can also buy tooth paste and mouth wash with it already in it.

you can also buy tooth paste and mouth wash with it already in it.
Mix it in a bowl with some baking soda... make a paste... and brush with that. It will help whiten your teeth
