Just wondering if this causes people to perspire more despite using a strong deodorant/anit perspirant?

it could help for a few reasons.

- when you sweat your pit hair becomes wet and stays wet long after you quit sweating. bare skin will dry much quicker

- shaving will allow better contact for your deodorant/anti perspirant to your skin

- your armpits will remain cooler with less hair insulating them

I have a big problem with this also, unless its like a freaking BUSH then maybe. but most likely i dont think so.

Heres the best way i found how to deal with this.

Go out and buy a small fitting pair of white T-Shirts, put them on and it will prevent armpit stains!
Remember to keep them small so they don't overlap the shirt you have ontop and make sure they're white so they don't make you too hot.

Actually hair wicks away sweat so when you shave the hair off you only will get worse stains.
Why don't you wear some anti-persperant? or wear colored shirts?

You need to use something prescription strength, not something you buy over the counter. That stuff works not where near as well as prescription.

No,it won't. The stains are actually fat and oil buildup that is more prevalent in male sweat. Having said that, I will tell you that I shave mine because I feel drier when I'm shorn. You will also want to ensure that you use an antiperspirant, or better yet a prescription grade aluminum nitrate antiperspirant, that will help as well. Good luck! It is part of the curse of being a guy, but at least you get the better half of the double standard. ;-)
