I used a deodorant called Perspirex for a while, and it reduced the amount of sweating from my underarms considerably. Unfortunately, that perspiration had to come out somewhere; turned out to be the back of my knees.
Another option, which my oldest sister has had to do, is get Botox in the underarms. She swears by it, but I have not had this done.
Go to your local grocery store and get a package of adult wipes. They are for your whole body, and make you smell fresh.
