I couldn't get the pictures to work, but I've read about this.
This occurs when kept in wet or filthy conditions.
It is a lesion. You need to get your snake to the vet, immediatley. It is life-threatening and must be treated ASAP. The first step is CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN the cage, with dry substrate. Then get to a vet as soon as you can.
