Couldn't see any of the pictures. Are you sure she's not in shed? There's no way of telling from a simple description with no photos. If you're not sure what's wrong...take it to the vet!

I couldn't get the pictures to work, but I've read about this.
This occurs when kept in wet or filthy conditions.
It is a lesion. You need to get your snake to the vet, immediatley. It is life-threatening and must be treated ASAP. The first step is CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN the cage, with dry substrate. Then get to a vet as soon as you can.

She needs to be bathed if that dose not help try misting her also if none of this helps take her to the vet if you can also for more info look on google for snake info
