Help. I need a weight loss plan?

I want to lose about 20 pounds by summer. I know that might seem like a lot, but whatever. I really want to work on my thighs and my abs. I am more of a beginner, so I want it to be fairly easy, but to give me a challenge. I would like to work out about 3 times a week, and I need pictures instead of a video. Thanks. [:

.So start eating better and exercising. If you like to walk "a lot" (2 words) then go walking every day (briskly). You can lose up to 3 lbs/wk in a healthy manner.

If you want to tone thighs and abs, look up ab exercises and thigh exercises online. Crunches and such for your abs, lunges and squats for your legs...some sites will have pictures for you.

just run.. start off on high intensity 20 minute runs, try doing this daily.. as you get better, throw in some longer distances ... about 1 hour, so you can vary between time/distance as it suits you... good exercise encourages a good diet, so as long as you keep working hard, you will see the affects easily!
Run your walking routes! it adds a whole new perspective to it all....

running will sort out your legs, and core to an extent, but for rock hard abs, try press-ups (these will work your arms as well), or join a gym and get on the rowing machine there....

i used to hate running, but once you get into it, you get addicted....

calories in vs. calories out. you need to burn or cut out 3500 calories to loose one lb. so if you cut out 500 calories a day from your normal eating habbits and run enough to burn 150 calories then in a week youll loose a pound bla bla bla just remember you need to loose 3500 calories to loose one lb. but with your cardio, try interval training.
