well i dont really have white teeth but theyre like pale yellow(my dentist said thats my natural colour..weird i know) but the teeth just before my canines theyve got like stains on them and dents...how can i get rid of this?plus i have braces and its difficult to clean them...eww my teeth look disgusting what can i do?how can i whiten them ...can teeth go back to what they were?wht would i have to do?what can i eat and drink?would milk help?

well okay, you shouldn't try to whiten them while you have braces on, when you get them off though try "crest white strips" my dentist said my yellowed teeth were my natural color too and they weren't.
If you are really worried you can buy teeth whitening polish and apply that but you would need to really commit. Plus when your braces are off use the white strips =)
