The skin color has nothing to do with girls liking you and getting a partner. It is based on attraction between opposites. If you are brave, outgoing, successful, then it reflects on your self, your body, physique, and especially on your face if you are kind and truthful. So, the criterion is what is written on your mind, body, and soul, and not just skin deep.
