I never used to sweat but then about two years or so ago I started working out all the time (I still do). Now I sweat really bad. I use an anti perspirant deodorant but it takes me all of five minutes to begin sweating through my shirts after applying it. Is there anything else I can do that will get rid of my problem?

What ever you do DO NOT get a deodorant with aluminum chloride. These particles block up your sweat pores and yes they may stop you sweating BUT the aluminum will travel into your body and gather in your breast. These leads to breast cancer and ALL women who have been treated for breast cancer have had lumps of aluminum found in their breast because of the use of deodorants. Find an organic deodorant with no aluminum and this wont stop you sweating but will help with the smell. Wear pure cotton t-shirts and loose fitting clothes. Also don't stress, sweating is perfectly normal. If someone makes a comment about your sweating reply 'what you've never sweat before' or my personal favorite 'go die in a hole' :)

Look, sweating is a normal body function which is natural. You just have to take a shower more often that's all.
