My diet is normally around 1800-2000 calories a day. About 5 days ago I lowered my caloric intake to 1600-1700 a day. I am eating virtually no sugar, drinking at least 8 cups of water a day, watching my sodium, eating my fruits and veggies, etc.
Since starting all this at the end of Jan I have lost maybe 2 lbs. My stomach still looks like I'm pregnant and I have gross love handles. My stomach is the biggest thing that bothers me, I have so much attention on how my stomach looks. I want to be able to wear a bathing suit relatively comfortable within about 3 months.
Can anyone give me any solid advice on how to tone my stomach and lose weight more quickly?
