Before and during I had braces my teeth were really naturally white plus I'd take really good care of them. Everyone used to compliment them and even I was happy with them. So happy, that I got a little bit lazy and didn't look after them as good as I was capable of. Today, I had my braces removed and I'm really not happy with the results. Firstly, my teeth appear much yellow than they did with my braces on and second of all, my top row of teeth are too far up so whenever I smile you can mostly see my bottom row of teeth and just the tips of my front row of teeth ; you can't see any gum from my top row of teeth. So i guess i have two questions ...
- will my retainers [which i am gettin next week] bring my front row of teeth further down?
- how can i whiten my teeth at home without spending too much? [my parents won't let me whiten my teeth at the dentist and home kits seem quite expensive]
please can anyone answer these questions for me a.s.a.p?
