i was watching a proactiv and a neutrogena skin id commercial the other day and i noticed that they both offered 100% money back garunteed. i just need a little help understanding this. so does that mean you order your product and if you dont like it you send the bottles back and you get all your money back (besides shipping)? on the proactiv website they say just send back the bottles even if theyre empty and you get all your money back. cant someone just lie and say they hated the product even if they loved it and get all their money back.
if you know how this whole money back garuntee works, can you explain it to me? THANKS!

Probably they may send you the bottle filled with better new product, which works correctly. Or they may really send your money. As not many people are going to claim for a money back. Who would send the empty bottles by courier which costs again?
