How many weeks am I?

So I talked to I think a ditzy nurse on the phone when I went to make my first OB appointment. Maybe she got mixed up by the dates I was telling her but Anyhooo... I told her I had a miscarriage on Novem. 1 and had my cycle start again on December 9th. I got pregnant on that so my LMP would be 12/09/08. I told the nurse I was 12 weeks and she told me no I was only 10. Hmm.. Am I crazy? Just for some sanity I would like some one to tell me how far along I am with my LMP as being 12/09/08. My first appointment according to this lady is when in her calculations I will be about 12 weeks, I am thinking closer to 15 weeks.
