-Exfoliate 1-2x a week.St.Ives has a great line of scrubs,and a different scrub for every skin type.Oily Skin;St.Ives Blemish & Blackhead Control Apricot Scrub or Green Tea Scrub.Normal Scrub;St.Ives Apricot Scrub.Dry Skin;St.Ives Olive Oil Scrub.
-Cleanse,Tone,Moisturize.
Cleanse:Use a cleanser right for your skin type & skin concerns.If you have oily skin,or if you have blackheads,whiteheads or cystic acne,use a cleanser with Salicylic Acid.If you have oily skin & zits,use a cleanser with Benzoyl Peroxide.If you have dry skin,use a cleanser that is cream like and if you have sensitive skin,use a cleanser made specifically for sensitive skin.
Toner:Should be alcohol Free,regardless of skin type or skin concern.
Moisturizer:Should be oil free,non comedogenic, and not clog pores.Fragrance free is also good since you have sensitive skin.
-Get 8-9 Hours of sleep every night.
The redness could be rosacea,I'm not sure if that is what you're referring to or not,but it could be and that can only be treated by a dermatologist.You can google image "rosacea" to see if it is similar.
