How to open Lolita lempica purple apple shaped perfume bottle?

Im all out of the perfume for about a year now. and I have recently been making my own. I adore this bottle and would love to re use it with one of my own perfume creations, any ideas as to how I can go about opening it without breaking it? lol

Actually you do not have to open anything. The little stem-like tip on top of the bottle is the nozzle. If you take a look , there is a small hole in the middle of the stem. All you have to do is press the tip and the stem will spray. Hope I answered your question.
