chances are u still smell nice too
our nose adjusts to our own perfume and that's why we think it has faded, when actually it still smells quite strong

Eating yogurt and squirting down your mouth with lemon is supposed to help. your body discreets 60% of body waste, so be careful of what you eat, onions and garlic obviously donesn't work, and alot of sugars and peppermint makes you smelly 'down there' which could be smelled by your bf when he hugs you :/ I use Pink Sugar perfume ($50 at sephora) and it last all day and everybody I know likes it. Spray it where you are the hairiest (down the hairy part of your arms, behind your ear where the nexk hair is) and don't rub.
The perfume I have 'Pink Sugar' has a vanilla-ish musk, at least people think it's vanilla, pair it coconut lotion and your good to go :)

lotions dont work they keep you moisturized and if you sweat your body gets sticky and gross. i always get compliments on how i smell and i use marc jacobs daisy. for me, its best if i spary perfume on when my hair is wet then put some on the bend of my arm and shoulders it sounds weird but it works i suppose :DD
