I know there isnt a way to burn fat on specific areas, but what exercise would burn fat at the waist/chest?

I know there isnt a way to burn fat on specific areas, but what exercise would burn fat at the waist/chest?

I get most of the fat storage in the waist/hips (more of less hips...on the sides) and my chest. Not a whole lot, but if i wait much longer to do something about it people will actually be able to see the fat when i am wearing a shirt. Is a treadmill the best for burning fat, or an elliptical, or stair stepper...i don't know much about weight loss when it comes to exercise...just dieting.

Well, when I was trying to lose weight, jumping jacks, jogging/walking, and crunches help me lose 60lbs in 2 1/2 months. with plenty of water also. I worked out 2 hours every morning though. Also I didn't eat past 5:30pm. But if you can afford equipment like this or a gym I hear that the incline trainer is best on your joints. Hope this helps. Good luck!
