i have yellow teeth.
i need a cheap way to whiten them, any advice?
also, theyre crooked. my parents are poor because my dad has cancer and no way to buy braces or invisaline or anything expensive. its embarrasing to smile both cases.
any serious advice?
im 13 almost 14 in may if that helps.

baking soda toothpaste and mouthwash is wonderful. Use them in the morning, at night, and after you eat. Avoid soft drinks and sugary foods. That's about all I've got.

do you have health insurance? if not, talk to someone at your school or ask your parents to look into getting medicaid.

You can get get whitening toothpaste and use it frequently like 3 time a day. There is also whitening strips that are left overnight on your teeth to whiten them.
