you might want to try a cooling gel antiperspirant. This will help you stay cool and prevent further perspiration (at least for a long time) :-)
If you try to look online you might find a great one or information and details about one the best one I found ... which also has a great rating is the one provided in this article. The article is for acne but they sport a store that sells antiperspirants so you might find information and details about your deodorant / cooling gel there.
