some times i take the rip out makeup and skincare samples out of magazines like marie claire and glamour. is this ok?

I think it's fine to take from the library, but from the shops- i hate when i get a magazine, where there is no tester, which is supposed to be there :S So I don't like when people take from shops.

I don't think so. If you don't use them, they will just get thrown away. But if you feel guilty about taking them, just ask the Librarian if it's alright. Then you will know for sure.

dont!!
first of all its the property of the library
and second... those are never original samples... they are jus there to show u the precise colour or smell of their product ... but they are not good for ur skin....
