I've heard that some deodorant's-antiperspirants have aluminum in them, but I don't know if it's only the white antiperspirants or if the shiny hard gel deodorant has aluminum or anything toxic in it.

Yes. Most of them do contain Aluminum chlorohydrate, which is a neurotoxin. They could also contain Aluminum Zirconium, Aluminum Chloride, Aluminum Hydroxybromide and Tricholorohydrex Glycine - along with other carcinogenic parabens. I recommend using the Crystal body deodorant. It's completely antibacterial and only contains natural mineral salt directly from the earth. It's called alum, but alum is not to be confused with aluminum. They are two totally different things.
