Like the full one a Dentist would do. I'm thinking of going for some teeth whitening but not sure of the side effects, does it damage your teeth and gums?

It is completely safe! The only common side affect is that your teeth may be sensitive for a couple days so make sure to be aware of that! I use the Sensodyne whitening toothpaste and it works great! :D

Whiting treatment is safe and as stated in your other reply for most people sensitivity is the main side effect, but that is short term and normally stops when the treatment is over. Getting your whiting treatment done by a dentist will also help in the effectiveness of your treatment.

With that being said if you feel that your teeth are too sensitive or your gums get irritated then stop the treatment.

Also, yes, it's safe, but your teeth will be kindof sensitive for a little bit afterwards.

It's safe as long as you get it done by a Dentist, the only side effects are some sensitivity but this will not be long term!
