Johnsons Holiday Skin Body Lotion?

Postby crombwiella » Fri Jul 02, 2010 1:50 pm

I bought the lotion yesterday so that i can put it on my legs tonight and in the morning ill just not be white, just a little browner, and then ill put more on so i get a nice natural tan. But i read reviews to see what's the best way to apply it and some said its streaky, its orange and a waste of money. Some reviews where good but most weren't,
what do you think, and what is the best way to apply it?
ive got some instant fake tan just incase but im scared the Johnson's one will go wrong and i wont be able to get it of,
also, how long does it take for it to dry? and what would you rate it,

Thankyouuuu! :) xxxxxxxxxx

Johnsons Holiday Skin Body Lotion?

I have tried almost every gradual moisturizer, fake tan etc and also Johnsons. I wasn't really impressed with the result. I found that it left a yellowy tinge to my skin. I would recommend Garnier Skin Naturals Summer Body Moisturising Lotion which leaves a natural colour and is also a lovely apricot smell too. Apply with a tanning mitt (or 2) for best results. Good luck!

Johnsons Holiday Skin Body Lotion?

Its quite quick to dry.

Ive used it and so have my friends, i found it to be too light and didnt notice any difference. However, my friends skin looked really good! I think it just depends on your skin tone and type. Just try it - it is not too dark and if it goes streaky it is quite easy to get off with soapy water or lemon juice.

its fine to just apply like any other body lotion...however leave it to dry for quiet a while and also i have found that it sometimes rubs off when using a towel after being in the shower a couple of days later
