Exfoiliate your skin, then rub Vaseline all over your body. It will make you sticky for about an hour or more, but the end results are amazing!

Definitely use NS-5 Protective Barrier Complex it is a fantastic moisturizer - naturally active, very moisturizing and feels beautiful on your skin. I was recommend it by a pharmacist who told me it was great for dry skin because it locks the moisture into the skin and acts as a barrier to keep external irritants out.
