Neutrogena oil-free acne wash redness soothing gentle scrub?

So basically I have pretty clear skin except for really bad blackheads on my nose and reallllly red cheeks. I mean I get an occasional zit, but that's it.

So I bought this cleanser today. Has anyone tried it out? Do you think it'll help with my skin problems. How long will it take to see results?

If you've tried it and it didn't help, do you have anything to suggest?

This helped a lot my skin. It definitely improved my redness by it takes about a week to see improvement. regarding the blackheads it didn't do anything. I recommend using Biore pore strips.
