I always put on my body lotion everyday after taking a bath,do you do the same thing?it is good for you're skin and its good to start doing this at a early age.It keeps the skin moist and soft and also healthier looking.

I'm interested in trying olive oil as a body scrub, but I need an exfoliator. None of the commercial exfoliators I've used have ever really scrubbed my skin effectively--I always have gross layers of dead skin cells on me. I have fairly sensitive skin and a fair complexion, but no skin conditions like eczema or anything. Please advise?
