How can i get my foundation to look natural throughtout the heat of summer?

I am a guy, 17 and was wondering how tricky it would be. I've never done this before and don't want to make any mistakes that would leave me tearing my hair out instead of dying it properly and efficiently. How much would it cost to achieve this, and what products would you say are the best?

Why don't u opt for a medium hair cut, instead of going that short. Later if u really want to u can go shorter. Hmmm.... maybe try a layered medium hair cut.

You could be of any European ancestry or even of an ancestry in other parts of the world. In genealogy we really don't care too much about a person's "looks." We go by records/documents and sometimes DNA testing is helpful. Any guess based on your description would be stereotyping and that usually isn't all that valid.

I have brown hair with blonde highlights (the're completely natural, I've never dyed my hair). If I were to use color enhancing shampoo and conditioner for blondes to bring out the highlights, would it harm the rest of my hair? How do those kind of shampoos work, anyways?

hahah this would sound really cheap but i have other eyeshadow brands that i want to de-pot and i want to put it in a nice palette. and ive been hearing how people buy a palette from mac then they buy the eyeshadows separately. so can you buy just the empty case?
