I understand that pastes that actually bleach your teeth are not legal for over-the-counter sales in the UK. This is because whitening weakens teeth,which are meant to be slightly yellow. It can only be done by a dentist.

so you can't buy anything that actually makes a difference to teeth colour; but brushing and flossing keeps teeth healthy. All UK toothpastes are pretty much the same, so buy the own brand for about 40p.

Teeth whitening can cause teeth to stain quicker. So ask your dentist about better ways to do that.
Super white teeth can look so odd.

I have a really big dinner coming up in a month that I have to speak at for my sister and I'm worried noe one will take me seriously. Does anyone know some tips or something to get your teeth white fast?

I'm a 13 year old girl.

I abused my teeth has a little kid, and pretty much didn't care what happened to them.

My teeth are this light yellow color, and the tips have these white splotches.

I've tried whitening my teeth with peroxide, no difference.

And not to mention, my teeth are also sensitive.

Is there anything I can do about this?

My toothpaste that I use daily it a crest whitening plus scope, So far I have not see a great improvement but it does seem to help my teeth lighten a shade or two slowly. But I am not sure on how well it its working.

That's strange. You probably should go visit a dentist and make sure you don't have cavities. That's about the only thing I can think of. Take care.

When it comes to braces, you need to keep your teeth really clean. If you have poor oral hygiene your teeth can get badly discolored. With what you described, you are doing a great job. You should also try to floss since you are more prone to gum disease with braces.
