That is true. I have not whitened in a while. I sometimes just whiten my two eye teeth that are a bit more yellow for some reason then the rest of my teeth.

In the short term, I probably wouldn't worry about it too much. It's basically bleaching your teeth, I don't think it's actually wearing them down or anything. I wouldn't do this long term though.

i dont smoke or drink, but i do drink a lot of soda which i heard can weaken your tooth enamel. i have braces so i cant brush my teeth with baking soda because apparently it wears away the glue on my brackets. can u please give me suggestions for some toothpastes and mouthwashes that i could use to whiten my teeth?

If you're looking for white teeth, fast, then Zoom is a good choice.

When i use pro effect crest whitening strips my two front teeth hurt as if i bit into something really cold. The pain lasts if the leave the strip on and if i take it off it goes away in about a minuet. can someone please help me and tell me if you have experienced this too?

There is a toothpaste you can use. Its this arm and hammer whitening stuff, you use it with your regular toothpaste.

Brushing your teeth after every meal will prevent your teeth from getting any worse. And of course keeping away from coffee, tea and smoking will help too. ;-)
