i have always used "arm and hammer advanced whitening toothpaste" since i was little, and i have used it throughout the 3 years i have had braces. am i going to have those little braces stains on my teeth? i take good care of my teeth, and my dentist says i have the cleanest teeth. but do you think the toothpaste will effect me after i get them off?!!!!

It can actually hurt you is you swallow it!! Don't use it to white your teeth or put on your face, there's a reason they make products for such things...

Crest 3D Whitestrips with Advanced Seal are great and I've noticed I get the best whitening using them. The only downside is your teeth will hurt a little bit and and be kind of sensitive after using them. People really notice the difference in my smile when I use them though. Hope this helped!

Use whitening strips.

When I was younger I had a very hard time remembering to brush my teeth. As a result my teeth are now a little less than white! I'm looking for a teeth-whitening system or product that will help me out!

Well....Im about 17 years old *Male* when I was realllyyy younger....I had some teeth issues...and they are all resolved now...Im not really in need of braces or anything...I just wish they were whiter...

Do those strips you see on TV "actually" work *and yes of course I brush my teeth and use the whitening paste usually or cavity protection*...I was thinking when I get older to bleach them lol..always been my dream to have REALLY ...
