Well normally you should brush your teeth before whitening. But if you wish to brush your teeth after whitening to get rid of the gel, it will NOT ruin or revers the whitening. How ever, it is enought to just rins. your mouth a couple of times with water, and the gel will be cleaned but if you like to brush your tooth afterward, no problems!

I really want to whiten my teeth but they say to use baking soda ....is it safe for my teeth. If so how do i do it??????? Should i just dip my toothbrush in the backing soda????? what should i do????

Is there any inexpensive way to whiten my teeth? It's too expensive to do it at the dentist's office.

Baking soda and water make it a pasty substance! I took pics before and after and the result were amazing! Also stuff that can make yellow/gray teeth worse is soda/tea/red wines. ok, so i've had yellow teeth for years now and i've literally tried everything!..baking soda, tooth pastes, dieting from soda's and coffee, etc..but nothing has helped! i brush my teeth atleast twice a day (even 3 times somtimes), floss, use mouth wash...i cant even smile cuz im so insecure of my yellow teeth, there used to be a time when i had perfect straight white teeth :( PLS HELP ME! :)

You can get Bicarbonate of soda and peppermint oil from tesco but i dont know about hydrogen peroxide

I was born with them and it looks horrible. my teeth are out of alignment anyway, and having yellow teeth makes it even worse. I brush twice a day with pearl drops' hollywood smile toothpaste for over 3 weeks and have seen no results.

I don't drink coffee, I don't smoke and drink plenty of milk.

I brush my teeth everyday 2 times a day, floss regularly dnt drink dark liquids and use the whitening paste and my teeth still have sorta of a yellowish color, I want them white white and I've heard that when you go get them whitened it kinda messes the sensitivity of your teeth.

How exactly would I do this? Does brushing your teeth with baking soda work, I know it can damage your teeth so that's why I'm unsure. I'll try answering because this question looks lonely and that's a useless response above. I can't answer from a woman's perspective but I have know quite a few guys with false teeth. Not a full set of dentures, but the odd brace with teeth or single removable replacements. 3 of them were happily married and still are, one of them always had a girlfriend.
