You need to be combining exercise while you are losing weight right now to simultaneously tone and tighten your skin while the fat beneath is depleting. Especially losing weight as fast as you are doing usually promotes sagging once it is all gone. I suggest you lift light weights (10lbs-15lbs) and try to build some muscle as muscle burns fat faster and will help you with this. Don't just place your primary focus on cardio!
Do crunches as well to keep the skin around your core tight.
I suggest workouts where you start off with 5 - 10 minutes of cardio (fast walking, incline walking, treadmill) to get your blood pumping and jump start your metabolism. Then lift weights for another 5-10 and progress to abs and lower body. Finish off with another 10 min of cardio.
Weights will give you muscle= muscle burns the fat off!
While cardio will also burn fat and keep the muscle you build from getting bulky. Make sure not to use 5-8lb dumbbells as most women don't realize that will not really do anything. We lift things heavier than that in our own daily life. 10lbs is a good start to push yourself.
Oh and moisturize, moisturize, moisturize!!! Keeping skin supply and not dry helps with elasticity!
Try to avoid most commerical products with parabens (which are very bad for you to absorb into your skin) and check out more natural products. Like burt's bees. Or even coconut oil works great.
