There must be some kind of grief support group in your area. When you go to the doctors tell them what is going on. Find a Mother's day out program for your child to go to for a little while which will give you some time for yourself so that you can find a professional to help you learn to cope with your loss. Go to your church and seek help there as well. You are in a very difficult place but there is help out there. Maybe your partner and/or family can help you find it as I know that you must be having a horrible time just existing right now but you really need the help in order to get through this. Please seek help where you can be with at least one person if not a group rather than on line as you really need human contact. God Bless and Good Luck!I would advise you to look for a support group. Or even some grief therapy.
The loss of a pregnancy for any reason is devastating at best. But in this case you have to look at the facts. It's highly doubtful you would be able to see an etopic pregnancy to term. Either the pregnancy would have been self terminating or it cause you incredible damage and the possibility of never again having a child. And even be life threatening for you.
I am so sorry for your loss. But remember you did the right thing by terminating.
