It seems like every time i shave under my arms i get these big red bumps to pop up. They look like bug-bites but they are really sore! I've tried different razors, shaving cream, soap, deodorant, everything that goes under my arms and nothing helps! Does anyone know what they are and how to treat them? If you need additional info just tell me.

try not shaving and using a hair removal cream

You need to get a GOOD razor, and always use new blades.
Switch blades after 2 or 3 uses, as it gets dull.
Also, you need to switch deodorants.
A good deodorant will prevent shaving bumps under your arms.
