i have a rash on the top of my hands, not the palms, near te knucles its more like red blocheyness then scabs or anything, a few red dotss, but nothing rising off the skin, ive noticed this for a week or so, its kinda itchy, i thought it was dry skin at first and put lotion on it, and it burned, it also burns when it gets wet.

then today i noticed a huge red bloch on each of my elbows, again nothing rising off the skin, but more of those red dots going up my forarms a little

and i dont know if this pertains but my acne has kinda been breaking out alot lately to, in the last few days to a week,

im a 17 yr old white male

does anyone have any idea whats going on? im really worried, and its 2 in the morn, i cant really get to a doctor.
