You can either use tresemme, it works really good
or mane n tail, it's a horse/human shampoo that i've been using and it makes your hair very smooth!
visit your local supermarket and they'll have it.
or you can just go and look for hair treatments there too.

Shampoo for damaged hair?

I have the same situation and im no expert but i trimmed my split end before they got huge and then i started using TRESemme professionals moisture rich shampoo and conditioner. My detangler is Pantene Pro-V and the leave in conditioner i use is John Frieda Frizz-Ease Daily Nourishment Leave-in Conditioning Spray. Lastly, if i know i want to straighten my hair i use John Friedas Straight Fixation Smoothing Creme. All of these i found at Walgreens and Target for less then $10. Just make sure you follow the directions and possibly some of the tips on all of the products. Good luck! (:

I use Pantene and Garnier Fructus. Herbal Essences is rather good, too. Try those!

Dove the Intense damage therapy shampoo is great

less dull also trim your hair every month for great results.
