If so, what is the difference between anti wrinkle or anti ageing cream.

anti -aging is supposed to prevent ageing, but antiwrinkle helps cover up wrinkles that are there and stop further wrinkling, I think? I could be wrong. The only thing that some experts really think will work to prevent aging is, however, virgin's blood. The sources will tell you further.

Yup it actually helps a little bit...also staying out of the sun helps a lot too.
anti wrinkle cream is really more of a preventative anyway.

You have to understand what is wrinkle & what age does it start.

Since you are 23yrs you dont need the anti wrinkle or anti ageing cream, unless & untill you have some serious skin related problem.

Yes, most definitely. It never hurts to prevent early, and using one never hurts.
The differences between them are whatever the bottles/containers say the cream is supposed to do. I honestly don't believe there is any difference between the two.
