So she uses EasyWhite and DazzleWhite Pro. Anyone that hasn't paid for that advertising BS can now know this. What I'm wondering is: without baking soda &/or peroxide: are there any store-bought items that you know work? Teeth-whitening toothpaste don't work, and neither do whitening strips. I'm not even considering "bleaching".

Well I don't think that baking soda will work, or at least it did not for me. I don't and have not smoked,so me teeth my not be as bad as what yours are I don't know just saying, But I used peroxide for coffee stains after bushing my teeth for a week and my teeth did look whiter now. Is it good as bleaching no but it dose work. What I did was take a small amount like a cap full put it in my mouth and add some water then brushed my teeth with it, and It dose help. on most bottles it will have directions for how to do it.

I smoke marlboro reds LOL so I had some pretty yellow teeth and yeah I tried all the sh*t like strawberry"s, baking soda, and the light thingy you order offline. Non of really worked. But I did find something online that worked great it just took about two weeks to really kick in. I will give you the site and take it or leave it...... I got the trial offer and that did the trick I never did order any more so basically I got white teeth for $5 bucks shipping cost for a free months supply.

I tried for a long time to get white teeth. I finally found a site to get the products dentists use without having to spend hundreds of dollars and it actually works.

Peroxide works very well if you just put it on a q-tip and rub it on your teeth after brushing
