Teeth whiteing ? How do I develop teeth whiteing? any tips? how?

How do I make my teeth really white? Any home teeth whitening solution? I've smoked cigarettes on and off for a good part of my life. I'd like to have really white teeth. My teeth aren't super dark or anything, but they are a little yellow from the nicotene. Anything I should do or use for home teeth whitening to make them super white again before I started smoking?

For the very best tooth white solution, see your dentist. They will take impressions, fabricate custom bleaching trays and supply you with a solution. The huge downside to this is the high price. A simple alternative solution that can give you good results would be the whitening kits. My best friend ordered one online since his wife did it and now I'm using it. Talk about tooth white! I saved money from the dentist and time avoiding the long wait for the baking soda and peroxide method to work.

A few home remedies for teeth whitening:

Whitening Teeth with Lemon Juice
Whitening Teeth with Wood Ash
Whitening Teeth with Strawberries
Whitening Teeth with Baking Soda

Further most teeth whitening procedures will work with natural teeth; veneers, crowns, bondings and fillings don’t usually respond to whitening agents.

Whitening also depends on the undertone one has which range from Pale yellow to pale brown or grey.

Teeth whitening generally works for those with Pale yellow undertone as compared to those with Brown undertone.

Bleaching would be a success generally for those whose teeth are stained because of tea, coffee, wine or cola.
