I have read that bleaching is good, but doesn't it ruin your teeth? and how long does it last. I tried some paint on stuff and it made my teeth look radioactive!

Is there a clear winner for tooth whitening? (regardless of cost)

well to tell u the truth any teeth whitner kind of ruin's your teeth

the bleaching is really good and yess thats the best u can do

then theres also crest whiteing strips! :)
they also work really well but only last about
6 months so if those last that long then
the bleaching should last u a whole longer

Ask your dentist. I can't imagine the procedure will do your teeth much good.

I've heard that the Crest Whitening Strips work really good! Maybe you could try those.
