i use baking soda like once a week on my teeth and yes it really does work keep using it and you will see a difference trust me! but make sure you but it on top of your tooth paste
Look up teeth whitening methods online. I've seen many post on the past that baking soda and peroxide worked well for them (some toothpastes even contain it) and it's much less expensive than some of the whitening kits you can get.
You can always call and ask your dentist's office what they recommend or if something you want to try is not recommended. Some products, especially with overuse, can cause damage. Do your research before using. The source link contains instructions on use of baking soda and peroxide.
There is a really cheap product called "Arm & Hammer Whitening Booster" it's for teeth and has to be used three times a day and after a week the difference is clearly noticeable, along with the teeth whitening Listerine.
This is coming from someone though who's never had yellow teeth in the first place, they were just a little coffee and tea stained
umm gurgling ( idk how to spell it) with peroxide works well. My doctor told me to do it . . . i did notice a difference, nothing to dramatic though. but after like a month i stopped cuz i forgot about it. NEVER heard of any of them being dangerous though, but give the peroxide a shot. i also would try the baking soda one ( using it with the tooth paste) too.
