Do you know if these home kits are any good? Or do I have to get it done at the dentist and if so, do you know how much that costs? thanks

I used Crest White Strips and they worked pretty well for me. I think they have a kit for like $80 but i got the $20 one.

I bought the Walgreen's brand whitening strips and they actually work better than anything. They are usually about $20 for a box. They really work well. I was surprised the first time I tried them...I could tell the difference right away.

My dentist told me that whitening strips work just as well as what they do in the office. The office procedure is just all in 1 day (but it cost about $300 and insurance doesn't pay for it) and the white strips are 30 minutes a day for a few weeks. I put them in before I get in the shower and then take them off 30 minutes later. No time wasted.
