UNSCENTED body lotion?

Postby galeno58 » Sat Jun 05, 2010 1:44 pm

okay, so i read in a magazine that if you mix essential oils with unscented lotion, you can make your own scent!! how cool would that be?! but, one problem. I can't find a legit unscented lotion. on the bottle, it says that it is unscented, but i when i actually use it, it simply smells like CRAP!!! EWWWWW! like old people or somehting. so, do you know a lotion that really IS unscented? and it would be cool if i could find it at target, walmart drugstores, etc...not online. anything is appreciated though! <3

UNSCENTED body lotion?

I DO THIS!!! And I love it! You can get essential oils cheap on ebay, too. I use Cetaphil because I have eczema, and it has no scent. I mix my essential oils in there and it smells great. You can also buy the Walgreens version for much less than Cetaphil. They come in a big tub, (cetaphil cream) and it's easy to mix in there.

Have fun!

CETAPHIL

Great minds think alike

I love this stuff it is very light and has no scent at all. It is fairly inexpensive and also has 15 SPF.

The Cetaphil with 15 SPF comes in a pump bottle, is very light and costs about 13 dollars at any drug store.

Some others that are supposed to be unscented (Nivea and Neutragena are very expensive, have scent and clog your pores.)

Please note the Cetaphil in a tube that is 50 SPF has a scent like sun lotion and is heavier - I don't recommend that one.
