and i've heard that's HORRIBLE. that dries out my hair and it makes my hair fall out(?). i rarely use products on my hair except for shampoo and conditioner, but sometimes i dont even use conditioner. and i don't blow dry my hair often.. unless it's the winter and i'm going to be outside, then i blow dry it.
i have a very oily type of body. if i dont shower in the morning, i will smell. i probably also sweat in my sleep which might be why i smell if i dont take a shower in the morning. and the oil on my face will get on my hair, which would make me smell even more if i dont shower in the morning. and i have to take showers after i sweat after exercising/sports.
how should i try to shower every other day? what are the pros/cons of doing so?
